commit 4060b0312c8894bfa8c2ce8ef66e5bbca01d995e

Fixed st/alpha patch for colors other than pure black.

alpha patch for st 0.8.1 did not work well for background colors other than pure black. For white it didn't work at all (background was always opaque, regardless of alpha setting).

This patch is based on the 0.8.1 patch, with only 3 or 4 lines changed.

Had to give my patch file a non-standard name because the standard nomenclature does not allow more than one patch per release and didn't want to overwrite the original.
