     10 reads a video from stdin and splits into multiple videos.
     11 Starting from the first frame in stdin, it writes a video

     18 then proceeds to do to the same for the next pair of
     19 .I file
     20 and
     21 .I frames
     22 until, and in including, the last pair. This process
     23 is repeated until the last frame in stdin has been read.

     25 This is useful processing a video on multiple computers.
