     12 removes files or directories.
     13 A directory is removed only if it is empty.
     14 Removal of a file requires write permission in its directory,
     15 but neither read nor write permission on the file itself.

     19 Don't report files that can't be removed.
     20 .TP
     21 .B -r
     22 Recursively delete the
     23 entire contents of a directory
     24 and the directory itself.
